Workshops are a special proposition from the BCC / LZC, organized in connection with the Wiesław Kazanecki Literary Prize. Every year the best book published in Białystok or connected to the city is awarded. The classes are an excellent opportunity to get to know previous winners, and above all, Wiesław Kazanecki, the patron of the prize.
During the workshops, the participants will get acquainted with the lives of Kazanecki and selected winners. They will also find out what ideas and rules the jury follows while choosing the best books. Then, together with the host, they will organize a street demonstration, learn the secrets of poetic ornithology, unleash their emotions and try to put them on a mind map. And all that to find out, what poet Wiesław Kazanecki had in mind when he wrote „Our Joyful March".
