Traditionally, on December 15, we invite you to a birthday celebration of the creator of the universal language and the patron of our institution. We prepared a surprise: the premiere of the first part of an animated film about Ludwik Zamenhof. The children and youth from Białystok, that participated in the “Ludwik Animated” workshops, are creators of the animation.
In the title role we used a professional doll designed by Agnieszka Wątroba. It has a special skeleton for animating created in the famous Se-ma-for film studio. The skeleton allows to precisely recreate the gestures and movements of the character.
All work on the film (scenography, animation, direction) was done by the participants of the workshops that took place at the Ludwik Zamenhof Centre in spring and summer. The director and animator Elwira Małyszko watched over the whole process
During the meeting you will be able to try creating your own slow-motion animation. You will also have the opportunity to try to put into motion the puppet that played in our film.
