During this year's Long Night of Museums at the Bialystok Cultural Centre / Ludwik Zamenhof Centre you will have a wide range of attractions connected to Ludwik Zamenhof and Esperanto to choose from. Everyone will find something for themself.

Additional information:

Zamenhof’s Białystok – a location-based game. The theme of this year's game is Ludwik Zamenhof and Esperanto.

Białystok of Young Zamenhof – an exhibition about the city, where Ludwik Zamenhof, the founder of Esperanto, was born and spent his childhood.

Aleksiada – an exhibition by a young Belarusian artist Aleksander Weledzimowicz. His works were inspired by the war history of his great-grandfather.

Esperanto in philately – an exhibition of postcards and stamps related to Ludwik Zamenhof and Esperanto.

Doctor Esperanto – an exhibition of comic panels from the book "Doctor Esperanto" published in 2014. Wojciech Łowicki was the scriptwriter and the drawings were made by Daniel Baum.

A monument wasn't built in a day… – an exhibition documenting the timetable for the construction of the monument of Ludwik Zamenhof.

Because art dwells in us – an exhibition summarising a photographic project, where the participants documented examples of the creativity of ordinary people, who have made efforts to improve their immediate surroundings.

Media Library of Ludwik Zamenhof Centre – a multimedia archive of oral history of the city and the region. History of the city and region depicted from the perspective of the individual experiences of the Witnesses of History. In addition to recordings / interviews, photographs and documents are available as well.

Game and Play Room – an educational space with toys and games.

Białystok Tower of Babel – an educational space with LEGO blocks dedicated to Ludwik Zamenhof and Esperanto. The Tower of Babel made of LEGO blocks based on a sculpture by Małgorzata Niedzielko will be presented.

Send a postcard! – a DIY art station, where it will be possible to design a postcard inspired with Esperanto.
