Linocut workshop aims to familiarize participants with one of the graphic techniques of relief printing, which, inter alia, uses leading and author CLZ presented in the exhibition "Prologue" Paweł Naumowicz.

Materials needed for the workshop provides CLZ.
Linocut, similar to wood engraving engraved consists of linoleum or linoleum knife, needles and chisels concave. Workshop participants will learn the basic concept of the material and tools needed to complete the linocut, linoleum perform graphics and will be able to recapture their work on the press graphic.
Paweł Naumowicz
born in 1980 in Bialystok. Graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. Bachelor defended in the laboratory of Prof. illustration design. Zygmunt Januszewski, and an MFA in printmaking studio prof. Raphael Strent. It deals with graphics, painting, drawing and graphic design. Among numerous art collection, the largest part of which linocuts. Although the subject matter and form of the work is varied, many of them refers to the existential problems - loneliness, alienation, the struggle of man with himself, suspended somewhere in time and space unreal. The author since 2007, collaborates with Art. Gallery Kafe, in Wood Dale, USA. Winner of the Marshal of the Mazovia in the January edition of Graphics Warsaw, 2008.
