The exhibition “brings together grief and joy” is inspired with traditional folk papercutting. The works create a series using projections of buildings from Białystok and the region. The artists has used this technique for a few years. She draws inspiration from the works of Henri Matisse.

Iza Rogucka

Born in 1985 in Białystok. Visual artist. She is involved in painting, drawing, installation, interior design, and performing arts. She graduated the Interior Design Faculty of the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań. In the years 2010-2016 she was studying at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts.
